Boxing Ireland is proud to announce that that we have been awarded Investors in Diversity Bronze accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity, marking an important milestone in our organisation’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive, welcoming and equitable environment across all aspects of our sport.
This accreditation is the foundational tier of Ireland’s only Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) mark. It provides businesses with a structured framework to establish fundamental diversity policies, ensure effective staff communication, and implement leadership training
In order to obtain IiD Bronze status, Boxing Ireland provided evidence of in-place D&I policies; has delivered effective communication of these policies to all staff members and has created the space for all leaders within the company to have undertaken Irish Centre for Diversity D&I training.
The award recognises the progress made to date while also providing a clear roadmap for continued development and improvement.
