Boxing is one of the few sports which annually fields teams at European benchmark tournament at U15, U17, U19, U23 and Elite age categories. Team Ireland also competes at World level in Elite and U19 competitions, at Youth Olympic Games, at multi-sport games including the Commonwealth Games – Boxing is TeamNI’s most successful sport and, at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, topped the medals table.
