Boxing Ireland is happy to share that the affiliation and insurance fee for the 2026/2027 season has been reduced to €695 down from €735 for the current season.
This reduction follows Boxing Ireland’s partnership with Arachas as its new insurance broker, following many years of service from Landmark/Campion Insurance. We would like to acknowledge and thank Landmark/Campion for their support of Irish boxing over the years.
CEO Gary Stewart says “The introduction of Sport80 as our new membership system, and the move to Arachas as our insurance broker are important developments for Boxing Ireland. These changes will provide a more modern, efficient membership and club management experience, while also helping us secure a reduction in affiliation costs for clubs. We are committed to delivering value and improved services to our members across the country. I’d also like to acknowledge Chief Financial Officer, John Nangle’s key role in negotiating a reduced affiliation/insurance fee for clubs for the forthcoming season.”

Affiliation Process for 2026/2027
Affiliation for the upcoming season will not take place through Blocworx. Clubs are advised not to take any affiliation action within their Blocworx portal.
As shared on April 24th last, Sport80 will replace Blocworx as Boxing Ireland’s membership and club management platform. Affiliation for the 2026/2027 season will commence during the week of June 16 2026 and will be completed through the Sport80 system.
Sport80 is a leading international sports administration platform with more than 80 sporting organisation clients and over one million active users worldwide. The platform currently supports a number of boxing federations, including England Boxing, Welsh Boxing and Boxing Scotland.
Further information, including guidance on accessing Sport80, affiliating your club and registering members for the 2026/2027 season, will be circulated in advance of the affiliation opening date.
