The opening bout in the 2026 National U23 Championship have taken place this evening at the National Stadium.
Boxing resumes from 11am on Saturday morning with remaining quarter finals.

Competition Arrangements
Entry fees | A non–refundable, non-transferrable entry fee of €30 applies, including in the event
of a boxer withdrawal. Payment to be made at the scales.
Weigh-ins | Friday 8am to 9am & 12pm to 1pm. Saturday 8.00am to 9.00am Boxers will not be permitted to weigh in without a boxing card. Boxers will walkovers in their final must weigh-in on August 15th.
Pro-Wraps | Are permitted in this championship.
Coach Registration | All coaches must be registered with the National Secretary, Tara Robins Mari via Secretary@boxingireland.ie. Coaches who are not registered will not have access to warm-up area, changing rooms or the field of play.
Withdrawal | The withdrawal of any boxer must be notified to the National Registrar Stephen
Connolly, via 086 1546746 as soon as possible.
